Startup Idea: Smart Shopping Assistant Software

Summary for idea #1602
Startup idea to develop a software that helps shoppers with diverse shopping lists find the best stores for their needs based on cost, location, store hours and return policies. It would analyze and compare costs across different stores for the same items enabling users to save money and prioritize their purchases more effectively.

When shoppers have a diverse list of items to purchase such as groceries, household items, car items etc; it can be difficult what or which stores to go to and where will have the best selection. A software could allow you to shop for your list online and then show you which stores could meet your needs and how much it would cost to fulfill your shopping list. For example for your grocery list the total at a CVS Pharmacy could be $95 whereas your total at a more traditional supermarket could be only $70. The software could also break down which items would be cheapest to buy where in order to satisfy the most deal-conscious shoppers.

In total it would allow a household to prioritize their shopping lists and choose the best stores to shop from and include all characteristics about the stores such as distance from the shopper, hours, and even return policies/warranties. Yes, I have tried looking for a "shopping guide" but the search results are nothing like what I am describing.
