Startup Idea: Employee Browser Activity Tracking Software for Boat Renting Firm

Startup idea to develop a software for a small boat-renting firm that monitors and calculates the time employees spend on browsers, specifically for researching potential customers and promotional strategies. The goal is to assess the productivity level of each worker.

I have opened a small firm regarding the rent of sailing boats. I have a team of 3 persons and their task during the winter is to search on Internet to find different ways how to find clients for the summer and how to promote our offer.

I would like a secret software that it could show me after the work how much time my workers have spent time on browsers, searching the items that I mention before.

I would like if there would be a software that could calculate how much time did they actively spend working on browsers to search items so that I would know who is working more and who is working less.
