Startup Idea: Poker Decision Review Software/App

Startup idea to develop a software or an app designed to review poker players' hand history and advise them if they've made the optimal decision. The program should extend beyond basic trackers, offering an analysis of whether to fold, raise, or call, and providing feedback on the player's decision-making process.

I know many poker players that would love a software/app that would allow them to be able to review their hand history and tell them if they technically made the best decision to fold, raise, call, etc. There are many history trackers out there but none that I know of that will tell the player if he/she made the right decision. In the poker industry that would sell pretty fast.
