Startup Idea: Smart Home Management System for Real Estate

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive smart home solution that enables a real estate business owner to manage, monitor and control multiple properties remotely from a mobile device. This would include capabilities such as door lock control, security camera monitoring and other home management functions.

I am a real estate business man. I do own number houses and apartment in different states and out side of USA. I am looking a smart home solution, that help me manage my houses and apartment from anywhere any time. It will help me to control door locks, security cameras. Most of all it help me to take control all parts of my house from anywhere anytime using mobile devices.
