I am a district manager of a beauty supply retail store, I have 9 stores I am responsible for. I have many things I have to keep track of but one that it the most annoying is when there are new hires. I think it would be neat to have some kind of software that helps connect me with the managers of the stores I have. Like the managers input the information of all the new hires they have, there w2, and so on. That way all I have to do is go in to that soft ware and see all the info I need for the paper work I have to do on the new employees. It would be faster for my managers and for myself which is always good for us.
