Startup Idea: Secure, Browser-Based Splash Page Creator

Because I like designing simple site that require less coding and tried to create splash pages using a browser based free platform wish I liked. Until my computer firewall alerted me that it wasn't a safe site for my information. I couldn't no longer useit and have to remove my information.

So I am lookingfor free browser based splash page creator that is browser based and require no downloading or unzipping any file to install wish I don't like very much. And its hard finding a site or online plat form with a secure https://. http://createsplashpages.com/ was a website I once used to create splash pages but no longer to security reasons alerted to me by my firewall.
