Startup Idea: SEO for Customizable Real Estate Software

Startup Idea to develop a software providing high-quality, unique and customizable website templates for real estate appraisals to enhance business performance and client interaction.

I am a real estate appraiser and real estate agent. We (and other people that I know) are in urgent need of software that will benefit our work and increase performance.

We need software that will give us real estate templates for websites. The ones that we have found online are not good or unique enough for our business. We also need templates for appraisals. An appraising website with a template that can get customers to come to the website and order appraisals would be great.

Website templates that aren't generic (but unique) would be great. A group of multiple templates that can be customized would sell like hot cakes in my industry (Utah real esate and appraisals).
