Startup Idea: Online TV Troubleshooting Platform

Startup idea to develop an online platform for troubleshooting and reporting TV and satellite connection issues. This software aims to streamline customer service and enhance user experience by minimizing phone wait times.

I constantly have problems with my television and pay an exorbitant fee to have the satellite version of it, I do not wish to sit on a telephone for hours on end in order to remedy the problem. It would be sooo much better to do try and fix it/ report the problem et cetera via computer!. I solve the problem currently by calling up directv and sitting on the phone with the call center operator for at lest 30-40 minutes per incident.
