Startup Idea: Construction Workers' Management and Communication Software

Startup idea to develop a software that can efficiently monitor on-site construction workers' positions and tasks completion statuses, ultimately enhancing communication and project completion rate.

I work as an on-site construction manager. One of my main difficulties is keeping track of everyone on the site and making sure they keep communication. Some of my workers simply don't communicate effectively enough, and current system are just too inefficient to use or too complicated to set up.

I would pay for software that can help keep track of where everyone is and whether or not they got their job done. It would help make me more efficient and we could get projects done faster.
