Startup Idea: Automated Document Management System for Cargo & Shipping

Startup idea to develop an automated software to input, manage and organize paperwork and invoices in a cargo & shipping environment. The aim is to simplify daily activities, minimize training needs, and adapt to current systems, thus saving time for a small business.

I work in cargo & shipping, i am in charge of all paperwork, invoices, ect. i manually input all the info our office goes through daily from the pshical paperwork into the computer system, it is a very tedious and time consuming task.

We are a small company, so the work to worker ratio exceeds what needs to be done on a daily basis. I tend to work longer hours than my regular work schedule just to keep up with the work that needs to be completed and stray from the overload during normal business hours.

I need some sort of software that would simply my tasks, and have a system similar to what i use now, so that additional training would not be needed as time is already scarce.

I would surely pay for this software.
