I work in the library industry as a reference librarian.
A big pain point I deal with everyday is guiding users who are unfamiliar with Windows, Word, or even the Print function. A software tutorial that led new computer users through many basic functions would free up my time for serious research and library-related matters.
I waste a lot of time showing library patrons how to perform the most basic functions - perhaps a "Baby" mode for users who do not know what they are doing can be instituted into the educational software program to get users used to functions as simple as left click and right click.
