Startup Idea: Real Estate Sales Facilitation Mobile App

Startup idea to create a mobile software platform that centralizes and updates real estate sale/rent listings. The app features dual interfaces for homeowners and professionals like real estate sellers. The system also offers alert functionality on the go, notifying sellers about potential business opportunities based on their location.

I work in the sales area, in particular in the real estate business.

It would be great to have a centralized and constantly updated software that would allow me to find new houses for sale/rent from my phone. The software, besides being obviously mobile, would have two fronts, one for the home owners and the other for professionals like me, where I could access the new leads and the owners could post them in a seamless way.

I would pay for this software, in fact I would pay premium for it, since it would make my life so much easier.

I can imagine on my day to day to get some alerts on my phone while I'm in transit regarding a potential business on the street that I'm passing by. It would be amazing do do so.
