Our agency is growing in the government sector and we've found that no one makes a fully featured responsive html5/css3 calendar for the web. The best in the market right now is Fullcalendar (http://fullcalendar.io/). However that calendar lacks many features (such as a control panel, thumbnail support, maps support, and so on. The market in my industry for this particular type of widget is ripe for disruption and someone selling a reasonably priced jQuery or Angular-based calendar with a deep feature set could make a lot of cash.
