Startup idea to develop a smart meeting scheduling tool. The software should be able to suggest appropriate room and time for meetings based on the participants and allow the organizer to set the priority level which indicates the importance of the meeting.

I work in project management. Scheduling meetings for large groups is inefficient with available tools in MS Outlook.
