Startup Idea: Data-Triggered Goal Monitoring Software

Startup idea to develop a software that integrates triggers within data to indicate the completion of pre-defined goals or projects, as well as maintaining an ongoing tracking system for progress assessment particularly for budget analysts in private enterprises.

I am a budget analyst for a private enterprise. I look at ideas and see if we can improve on them. It would be awesome in process improvement if triggers were put into place on data to show if a goal was completed. This would consistently be tracked to ensure you are maintaining progress.
