Startup Idea: Personalized Weather Tracking App

Startup idea to develop a platform or app that provides personalized weather tracking, factoring in individual's preferences for heat, cold, humidity etc. The app learns from user's ratings of the day's weather and gives suggestions on how they might feel in different locations or future times.

I want an app or platform for tracking personalized weather! Everyone has different tolerances for heat, cold, humidity, etc. While I love summertime in Colorado, I hate it in Florida. It's just too humid for me. Instead of seeing weather projections on my phone and guessing as to whether or not I'll be uncomfortable in a different location or in the future, why doesn't the forecast tell me a little bit about how I will feel?

It can gather this information over time by allowing me to rate the day's weather and how I feel. After a week or two, maybe it can start offering suggestions in the form of push alerts: "Hey, bring a towel outside today! You're going to sweat."

Weather is one of the few areas we've personalized. We toss numbers at users and expect them to adjust accordingly. Surely we can do better than that. Was never able to find anything.
