Startup Idea: Employee Leave Tracker Software

Startup idea to create a comprehensive software to track and manage different types of leaves for employees. The software should be able to keep tabs on given and taken leave days, consider individual employee contracts, accumulations and provide categorizations for different types of leaves.

I am a manager in an office and there are many different employees with various requests for time off, family leave, maternity leave, paid time off etc... We are very generous with the days off that we allow our employees too take as we give them a specific amount of days off per month. These days off do fall into different categories (see days off categories above). Each employee has a different contract with our employer and therefore each employee accumulates their monthly days off differently. Each amount varies from employee to employee. I would like to have software that could track the days off both given and taken and also to be able to categorize what type of time off has been accumulated and what type of time off has been taken. I did try but admittedly not with an extreme amount of effort. I did find some extremely generic, basic software programs that are not detailed enough for what I need.
