Startup Idea: Real Estate Appraisal Photo Management App

Startup idea to develop an app specifically designed for real estate appraisers. The app would allow users to take pictures of properties, label them with addresses and other crucial information as well as enable easy sorting and searching of images by date. The app would also include a feature to conveniently export images and their corresponding data to a computer.

I am a real estate appraiser. Every day, I have to take countless photos of houses on my phone, and they become extremely unorganized because I have no idea which houses they correspond to.

I would pay for an app where I can easily take a picture within it, label the picture with address and other comments and then be able to sort the photos by date taken would be very helpful.

Also an easily navigable database of all pictures that I can quickly scroll through to find pictures in the past.

This would be the best if I could easily export the picture + comments/labels to my computer.
