I am a real estate broker. Recently I've come into a problem I'm having with past clients. They call me wanting to sell their homes but when i do the research they can't sell. The market values have come down a lot within the last two years. I've had to tell three past clients recently that their homes have gone down in value. I need a program that can help me with this.
