I would like to see a software that helped keep track of psychological states and moods according to regulations by the DSM IV and International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems. Right now they give us these standard forms that measure various aspects of moods, like how you feel overall using scales of 1 to 10, feelings of disgust, anxiety, anger, sadness, etc. And you're supposed to do it every day. But they are really tedious to fill out and keep track of. You end up keeping folders of them stored. An app that stored this information after input, reminded you to do it and then could be shared with your medical practitioner would be amazing.
