Startup Idea: Cross-Product Review Comparison Platform

Startup idea to develop a software application that provides cross-product reviews. This platform will allow users to compare multiple products or services based on their characteristics and reviews, aiding in decision-making process. For instance, it can help users choose between two restaurants based on comparative reviews of similar dishes.

I have read many reviews on products I tried to buy, from different sources, on the web, from different open forum, review site, but I have not had cross products reviews. What I meant is if the review for one product is good from one brand, I have not had much luck reading review that compare two or more products in term of their characteristics and how to choose between them. Example: choosing between two restaurants, reviews are decent on both of them, yet there is no cross reviews between the dishes to decide where to eat my favorite dish. I usually use my judgment and cross read reviews, then decide for myself.
