Startup idea to develop a software that optimizes computer performance and reduces lagging, thus improving productivity in a workplace with multiple employees.

I work along with 30 other employees and we frequently use computers to get our job done. The problem is that sometimes the computer lags and keeps us behind. I would like a software that can ensure that my computer never lags and works smoothly. I would be willing to pay for this software.
