hello how are you doing at my current job as a mental health specialist I've worked here maybe 10 years. we have a massive amount of problems some issues are fix then repeat After Time, but some last forever. But the issue that most bothers me is our inability to properly screen employees.there are a massive amount of people hired in this field but preferably at my work location that should not have been allowed to work in this atmosphere or this location. I work in the Human Services field where you deal with people and massive amounts of problems mental and physical. and there's no proper screening system that can help weed out the unfit. we waste massive amounts of money training people who will not last more than 2 weeks. if there was some sort of way of having a decent determination of who fits the criteria of someone who normally is successful in this field that will save us a massive amount of money on training and time.
