Startup Idea: Lead Generation and Evaluation Software

Startup idea to develop a program that identifies, sources, and evaluates potential leads based on data like demographics and owner registration information. The software aims to provide better quality leads for businesses, increasing their potential value.

My business constantly needs to source new leads for products. If a software program could be developed to find potential leads and rate their potential value. That would be great. It could be based of demographics, owners data registration etc. Right now we have no solutions for this. I just hit craigslist and deal with my wholesale clients, but I can always use more.
