Startup Idea: Grocery Shopping and Recipe Management App

Startup idea to develop an app that tracks food inventory in the user's fridge and pantry, provides shopping list suggestions based on inventory and recipes, gives alerts on expired items, and offers recipe recommendations based on dietary requirements.

I would like some sort of app that helps me remember what food is in my fridge and pantry that I can take to the grocery store with me so that I know what to shop for. It would also be helpful if the app contained recipes - some from a bank that your company produces, and some that I enter on my own - and then the app tells me what to buy in the store based on what ingredients I have at home and what's in the recipe. Bonus points if the app tells me when I have cans or whatnot that have probably expired, and prompts me to throw them out. Extra bonus points if the app comes with recipes tailored to my dietary requirements.
