  4. so far the best solution on the market is doodle, but it'd be really great if there was some sort of universal calendar app so you could see when people are free among partner agencies and clients (with their permission of course). No one likes those annoying back and forth emails. The trick would be having it work across different calendar systems (outlook, gmail mainly) without posing security risks. Maybe it could clone your calendar (not specifics just blocks) into a separate piece of software for collaboration.
