Startup Idea: Enhanced Commenting System for Excel

Startup idea to develop a sophisticated and user-friendly commenting system for Excel, similar to Microsoft Word's comment feature. The system should ease navigation, comment visibility and responsiveness for users in the accounting or data analysis sectors.

I work in accounting. A big part of my issues is using comments in Excel. They are hard to respond to, they are hard to differentiate between show and hide and they are difficult to navigate where the box should be (in reference to the cell), microsoft word has a nice comment feature where all the comments show up on the right. I would appreciate an easier to navigate comment feature in Excel for Microsoft.

I would not pay for this software/addin but my firm would.
