Startup Idea: Advanced Lawn Mower Parts Identification Software

Startup idea to develop an enhanced version of a lawn mower parts identification software. This should be a database system with easy search features, that can identify lawn mower parts, mostly blades, from different manufacturers based on various parameters even if the make or model is unknown.

I work at a lawn mower parts store. Often when customers come in they have no clue what make or model their mower is so it can be difficult to sort out what part they need. Specifically lawn mower blades. There are a number of OEM and Aftermarket manufacturers that make blades. Sometimes if the customer comes in and has an old blade we can use cross reference software such as Rotary Quickcross to discover what blade would work. This software is not that great. Usually we end up having to flip through books and measure all the dimensions of the customers blade. Something that would allow for a better database and easier search would be great. Perhaps even showing results from multiple manufacturers.
