Startup idea to develop a robust and reliable medical billing software. The current software being used in a doctor's office frequently reports 'not responding' errors, causing inefficiencies in managing patients' accounts. The problem is not related to the internet or the computer's performance.

I work as a receptionist in a doctor's office. We use specific software for the the billing portion of the job. The software cannot keep up with our business. We constantly get "not responding" errors that are not related to the internet or the computer's performance.

The software constantly says it is "Not responding" and we are unable to do what we need to in the patients accounts.
