Startup idea to develop a software that enables real estate appraisers to scrape, parse and match real estate locations from various web sources such as MLS, State Recorders Office Sites, County Records sites, CoStar, LoopNet etc. The proposed software will handle different data structures and formats, enabling users to copy and paste information in their preferred format.

We need to be able to match addresses, phone numbers, agents and too many people use too many conventions in real estate.

Here is a simple example. 1300 West 23rd Avenue, Suite 203 1300 W 23rd Ave Ste 203 1300 W. 23rd Ave. Ste. 203 1300 23rd Avenue #203 etc.

Some sites break the address into: Address #, Directional, Street Name, Arterial Others have: Street address, city, State, Zip Others may have Address all in one field Others may just have Latitude, Longitude. And others may just have a legal description lot block subdivision, etc.

We need a way to copy from various sources and quickly parse and match real estate locations from multiple sources that organize the same data in different ways. Then we should be able to take the format we choose and copy and paste it.
