Startup Idea: Interactive Mapping and Content Management System for WISP Operations

Startup idea to develop an integrated software solution for a WISP (Wireless ISP) Operations Manager. The application will unify tracking client's locations, hardware inventory, Line-of-Sight (LOS) for radios and support ticket management. It will include a web interface and a mobile application.

I work as an Operations Manager for a WISP (Wireless ISP), and am responsible for tracking support tickets my technicians work on. We also have the responsibility of working on the clients' equipment and manage their Radios, switches, routers, and other networking equipment. I need a way to map my clients' locations, see their LOS (line-of-site) for all radios, list the hardware the client has at their site, see any tickets that client opened and their status. I would want a web interface to this content management system, and have mobile app to it as well.

I would pay for this immediately.

This software would help me organize our work, and for asset management.
