Startup Idea: Secure Password Management and Encryption Solution

Startup idea to develop a secure software solution that tracks, encrypts and cracks passwords for networking purposes. Primarily, the software will be used in a corporate setting to manage shared workstations, ensuring network health by recovering or erasing the data of employees who have left the company without properly cleaning their profiles.

I work in the Gambling industry. We have 500+ employees at the main site, not where I work, I telecommute. I would need a piece of software that tracks passwords and can encrypt them so not everyone would have access to the software. I also would need the software to crack passwords for employees that have left the business site and not cleaned out their network profile, as we only have local network and not a wide area network. Most of the cpu workstations are being crammed full of crap by people who stay only a few months, load up their workstations full of files only to leave, then we cant just log into the administrator account and delete the user profiles, I have tried this, it doesn't work completely. So a cracking password software and somehow to track it would be great. To be honest I don;t have the cash flow to pay for such software, its not a budgetary thing, Corp just doesn't care.
