Startup Idea: Self-Storage Automation Software

Startup idea to develop a unified application that automates self-storage management, including the rental process, lock-and-key provision, lease processing, and payment collections. The application should be compatible with both Android and iOS devices and allow users to make payments directly from their phones

I work at a self-storage and I feel some of my job could be automated. For instance you could set up a kiosk to have a potential customer rent a space. Have locks and keys provided that is similar to a vending machine. The customer could do the lease on the kiosk as well. This could also help with collections as it will automatically decline them entry to their unit if past due.

I would probably do Android or Apple IOS and possibly even both. Make them compatible so they can make payments on the app even. This could save the company thousands every year.
