Startup idea to develop a software or application aimed at assisting store managers, especially those in beauty supplies, in creating work schedules. The program will factor in the various hourly wages of employees and a pre-set payroll budget, to streamline the scheduling process and ease budgeting concerns.

Being a store manager for a beauty supple store I often struggle with making a work schedule. Managers are allotted a certain amount of money to fit in with the payroll. And when making the schedule it can sometimes be hard to stay under the amount of money I have for payroll. Some employees have had raises so they don't all make the same amount of money. I think there should be a software or an app that helps with that. Like a payroll caculater,where you can put in employees $ for hour and put in the amount of money you have to work with and so on,to help figure out this common problem that all managers deal with weekly.
