Startup Idea: Game Repair and Maintenance Tracking Software

Startup idea to develop a software for tracking repairs and maintenance of games in a large family entertainment center. The software should provide features for searching and listing problems, so a log of past issues and their resolution can be easily accessed for future reference.

I run the tech department for a large family entertainment center.

Currently when a game or machine gets worked on, we just keep track of what was done to it on a piece of paper taped to the back.

Not very ideal.

What would really help up is software where we could look up each game and see a log of what repairs and maintenance were done to it.

Something with a search feature, or the ability to list problems would be nice.

That way if something was not lighting up for example, someone could look under that game and see "Game not lighting up" if someone had that problem before, and click it to see what they did to fix it.
