Startup Idea: Instant Internet Access App for Android

Startup idea to develop a mobile application that provides instant and reliable internet access on Android devices, reducing load time and eliminating the frequent disconnections that users often encounter.

I am self employed. I have a problem getting online on my Android phone and also tablet but I prefer to use the phone. I would like to have an app to click on that would automatically take me online rather than waiting for it to load. The perfect thing is my Chromebook but it is too big. Now I have to click on Chrome or IE on the phone. Sometimes it disconnects and is very slow. I have not been able to find such an app.
