Need an application that will allow users to report data of small businesses in their area and upload a copy of the company's job application.

Users will create a profile and add skills and achievements as they go about their daily lives. Their skill profile will take the place of a resume and can be used to update a resume template that they can use in their job search.

Each user will be offered projects, tasks, or jobs, that is added to the application in real time. All users contribute to creating these items. Users can also create training guides and articles to assist others in their job search or skill building.

The users will have messaging capabilities to reach out to others in the job search community. Stronger workers can add skills in mentoring and training as they help others improve their skills.

The features would be: Create profile, add a skill, add an achievement, add a company, add a job/task/project. Users can also add webinars and training seminars that can be helpful to others to attend.

The application will keep track of every step a person makes at improving their skills. (even developing a home budget is a skill that could be tracked, for example)

Using video communication there could be a chance for each member to do practice interviews with other members. Each interviewer and interviewee pick up skills as they complete these little opportunities.

After live interviews each member can give an assessment of their experience and work with others to improve for the next time.
