Startup idea to design a software that will allow users to store, organise, and swiftly retrieve photographic references using an advanced, personalized tagging and cross-referencing system.

I need a way to store and organise photographic references with a complex, personal tagging system so I can access required images quickly and define complex visual ideas with an easy tagging and cross referencing system.

Windows explorer, image hosting sites and 'curated' image blogs just don't cut the mustard, I need a quicker, easier, more streamlined way to pull up visual research.
