Startup Idea: Busines Demographic Analysis Software

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive software that provides demographics, the busiest and least busiest hours, overhead and profit of businesses in specific territories. The software also presents the average income, population, ethnicity for business to business sales.

I think there should be a software that shows you demographics, the busiest hours and least busiest hours for businesses during the day. The overhead and profit of different areas and there businesses. The average income, population, ethnicity. I do business to business sales and we get assigned different territories ( zip codes ( which we walk in blindly to sell too. I have done many different campaigns including t-mobile, comcast, and quill. Somewhere you could sell comcast too may not be the same for quill or t-mobile. I believe all these factors play a role. I Google demographics and household income, but that could not correlate with the buisnesses in the area.I would like a proper tool.
