Startup idea to develop tax preparation software that automatically self-updates with new tax codes each year, ensuring IRS compliance without the necessity of buying a new package annually.

I'm in the tax preparation field. I'm looking for software that updates itself with the new tax codes each. Most tax software companies make you buy the whole package each year. I would like a application that updates to IRS compliance each year. Not yet, I been looking for a programmer who could help me out with this problem.
