Startup Idea: Individual Office Temperature and Lighting Control Software

Startup idea to develop software enabling individual office temperature and lighting control. The software will allow workers in a multi-office environment to adjust their office's ambient lighting and temperature according to their personal preferences, helping to create a more comfortable workspace for everyone.

This may already exist, but I would like software to control the temperature and lighting of individual offices along a main hallway. I work for a company with 15 women, and we all have different preferences due to age, weight, vision and how close we are to menopause. It would be nice to be able to control ambient lighting and temperature in each little office to meet individual preferences. This way no one would freeze or sit in darkness because their coworkers like only natural lighting. not yet. Maybe you will be the ones to develop it :-).
