Startup idea to develop an interactive real-time scheduling and data visualization tool that integrates with Microsoft Outlook. The solution assists media planners and staff members in efficiently scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms, eliminating the need to examine individual schedules.

I am a media planner for a digital marketing agency that has grown to 70+ workers in the past year. As the company started small, we have used Microsoft Outlook for scheduling all meetings and booking conference rooms.

Because we only have a limited amount of rooms and many workers, looking into every workers' schedule one-by-one, as well as finding specific time periods in the workday to book is extremely time consuming.
