Startup Idea: Property Information Aggregator Software

Startup idea to develop a more user-friendly property information aggregator software. The software should allow users to input specific search queries for property details, scan specified websites for results, and present gathered data systematically. Issues with previous attempts include complicated interface and software stalling/crashing.

I often have to search several websites to gether information about vacant properties, the condition of the property, the ownership information and then specific details about the property. i realize your software opportunities cannot synchronize multiple systems, but i always have been looking for ways to efrom the searches in a way thaat either systemizes the proces so there is les searching involved on multiple websites, OR a way to perform a search, similar to the way google works, but instead of searching the entire web and pulling up results that i have to comb through, i have always wanted a software thaty would allow me to input a search about certain types of property, and then scanning only the websites that i specify, they results that are useful and specific can be populated. yes. There is a software developer i shared this idea with and they attempted to create one that would populate the properties and details that i needed, but it was much too complicted to use and it kept stalling then crashing in the middle of the search. This softwre was supposed to allow me to link certain websites that had databases ad it coud populate my results base oon my present criteria, but when the result swould populate, it never retrieved what i was expecting adn the information was not useful.
