I work for a customer service department at a private college, with about 30 people that I manage. Think that we are at a disadvantage because we do not have a good system of communication for when we are working different shifts from one another. For instance, if someone works in the morning, it is rather difficult to have them effectively take notes on what has happened and what still needs to be done later. So an effective log or some sort of software that could help with that would be nice. Especially if it organized the data collected and made it into a daily log, with options on what to include and what to leave out. This would save every day so reports could be checked with one another.
