I am an entry level office worker who does paper work at a large firm. I have been here for 6 months and have noticed that my work load increases throughout the day. A large portion of my time goes to looking over documents and making sure everything is formatted correctly and makes enough sense to be passed on up the chain. It is very tedious and the more I do the more tired I get which makes me more likely to miss something. The best solution for this would to have some sort of program where you load the file on it and the program uses a preset list of rules to check the paper itself for the specific formatting I have to check for right now. This would make my job much less burdensome and tedious.
