Startup Idea: Disability-Accessible Transit Route Planner App

Startup idea to develop an application for assisting disabled individuals like the submitter in planning their journey using public transportation. The app will provide detailed directions, specifying routes with proper disability access and guidance on how to proceed. Unlike Google maps, this tool will specifically cater to the requirements of disabled people.

I am a software engineer with 5 years of experience in Machine Learning using Python and AI techniques .I am a disabled person and in many ways my life is highly limited .I think I could use an app or software that could greatly overcome that limitation .Since I am not in a position to drive ,I rely heavily on public transportation .Unfortunately the cta (I live in Chicago) doesn't help plan a journey in particular for disabled persons .Sometimes I just end up in stations just to learn that there is no disability access at all .It would be a great help to have an app that could help me plan my journey better ,letting me know before-hand if the route I am taking is fully equipped with disability access and provide me a detailed plan as to how I should proceed .Google maps already has a transit feature but it doesn't show any specifics for disabled person.
