I am in admin and I wish there was more availability for people to text or get in contact with us to make multitasking easier. If we could just combine 5 different programs into one easy, seamless one that makes phone and electronic communication easier that would be great. You could use this in a whole host of fields, lawyers, doctors, anything with admin. To be able to see all the clients communication on one screen and communicate from there would be awesome. Especially to bring up a demographic page where you can even see their activity on social media that is linked that pertains to the business. To be able to use one program to communicate to a client in their preferred way would make life so much easier. As of now you just have to put an alert on their info and go from there.
