A pain point that software could solve. Well their are many key things software can help with number being getting the customer service faster. Because of wait times and lines it can take some time to get them. I work in the service industry and i would pay for software to resolve this by making it easier. The way software could do this allow you to sync your phone up to a server or computer in the business through an app and you make the first half of the transaction through the app then we get the data and get what the customer needs then hand it to them with an ID number the app provides them.

As everyone has a phone or a tablet this would be able to service most people rather easily and reduce line back up. There fore also increasing profits due to speed increase and good word of mouth not just only solving the issue of line backup and serving the customers with the services they need.
