Startup Idea: Marketplace for Services Based on Zip Codes

Startup idea to create a marketplace for services through Wordpress using Woocommerce where customers and vendors can view and submit services based on their zip codes. The idea suggests changing the current category-based location setting to a more efficient zip code-based system, with potential utilization of Google Maps, taxonomy, and WP location services.

I'm creating a marketplace for services through Wordpress.com I want customers and vendors to first enter their zip codes to view and submit services. I'm using woocommerce for the services. Currently, I have the locations as categories. For example: A customers goes to Homepage -> Services-> Mississippi -> Jackson -> View available services. I would like Homepage-> Zip code -> View available services. This is something I would gladly pay for. I've searched through code canyon looking for a fix.
I've researched google maps, taxonomy, WP location services.
