Startup Idea: Automated Web Scraper and Analysis Tool for Freelancers

Startup idea to develop a software tool to help freelancers automate the process of researching the reliability of potential clients. The system would scrape and analyze the web based on a set of query keywords to detect scam, fraud, alerts or complaints associated with a lead, thereby saving time.

I work freelance online performing a variety of tasks and assignments. Because I do not freelance with one vendor I am often having to spend much time researching the reliability of a lead. A software that would scan and scrape the web for a set query of keywords for reports of scam, fraud, alerts, complaints, feedback, etc, would be very helpful. I have to manually search and follow up and it is time consuming.
